BEACH VOLLEYBALL

Olympic beach volleyball is a team sport played by two athletes on both sides of a sand court separated by a net. The purpose of this game is to hit the ball only with your hand or arm over the net until the opponent cannot return the ball or the ball is directed out of the court line. Each rally gets one point.

History

Beach volleyball is a variation of indoor volleyball invented by American physical education teacher William G. Morgan in 1895.

The first recorded game of beach volleyball was in 1915 at the outrigger canoe club on waikiki beach, Hawaii, when coach and club captain George Center netted on the sand and brought out a volleyball to entertain club members. 토토

Rule.

The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) is the international governing body of the sport. FIVB publishes official beach volleyball rules every four years following the approval of the FIVB Parliament, which provides a framework for how beach volleyball is played internationally. The rules have changed over the years. The size of the court became smaller, the side-out score was replaced by a rally score and the serve was allowed. Beach volleyball is different from indoor, especially requiring "clean hands" during setting.

Court.

Beach volleyball is played on a rectangular sand court. The coat is 16 m (52.5 ft) long and 8 m (26.2 ft) wide, surrounded by transparent spaces at least 3 m (9.8 ft) wide on all sides. The minimum height gap for beach volleyball courts is 7 m (23.0 ft). The sand should be as flat as possible and free of potential hazards such as rocks that could injure the competitor.

Ball

According to FIVB regulations, the ball must be spherical and made of waterproof and flexible material to suit outdoor conditions. The beach volleyball has a circumference of 66–68 cm, a weight of 260–280 g, and an internal pressure of 0.175–0.225 kg/cm2

Teams

A team consists of only two players, and the players must always be in the game and cannot be replaced or replaced. As soon as the server hits the ball, each team should be in their own court (except for the server), but there is no fixed position on the court, so they cannot commit a position fault.

Scoring

Points are scored when the ball falls on the opponent's court, the opponent "out" the ball, the opponent makes a mistake, or the opponent receives a penalty. The team that wins the points will be responsible for the following points. If the ball lands completely outside the boundaries (part of the ball "inserts" when it touches the sideline or end line), if it touches the antenna of the net, if it does not cross the side boundary of the net (within the antenna) during the serve or serve, then it crosses completely under the net

Defects

A foul occurs when the referee determines that the team has made a play move that violates the rules. If one team makes a mistake, the other team gets points and gets a serve. If two teams make an error at the same time, the points will be played

How to play

The teams start on the other side of the net. One team is designated as a sub-team and the other team is a receiving team. The coin toss is conducted by the referee before the warm-up, and in the first two sets, the team serves first and decides which team starts on the court. If a third decision set is required, another coin toss will be made prior to the third set. The order of service determined in the coin toss before the set progresses is maintained throughout the set.

Techniques

There are some basic skills that competitive players need to master: serve, pass, setting, attack, blocking, and digging.

Things we know

Common Dents

The most common injuries in beach volleyball are knee, ankle, shoulder, and finger injuries. Pain from overwork on the knees, back, and especially on the shoulders is also common, but the landing is light, so it is less than indoor volleyball
